  • Holly Johnson... is a highly effective facilitator and consultant who collaborates with individuals, teams and organizations in both public and private sector organizations.  She has worked across a broad range of industries including senior health care and housing, medical devices and therapies, brokerage/investment, natural resource management, manufacturing, non-profits, state government, and education.  Holly earned her MBA from Duke University ’s Fuqua School of Business which included study abroad at the SASIN School of Management, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand .  She is also certified in Technology of Participation Group Facilitation Methods from The Institute of Cultural Affairs.  She has planned, developed and led merger and integration teams as well as large cross-organizational programs for global organizations.  She has worked with executive leaders to assess and redesign their team structures, services and relationships to better serve organizational mission as well as integrate and amplify individual leadership strengths. She has a deep commitment and passion to building stronger, healthier individuals, teams, and communities. As an associate of the Macy Leadership Group, Nancy offers an array of communications and public relations skills, including focus group facilitation, publication development, communication planning and referendum consultation. She is a member of the executive board of the National School Public Relations Association, twice president of the Minnesota Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association and the recipient of its Professional Leadership Award. She has worked as a magazine editor, public relations director of a large Minnesota medical group, and as a consultant to business and non-profit organizations.
